Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Eng.
• Hands-on experience with Probe equipment in production.
• Ability to apply structured problem-solving methods (5-Why, 8D, FMEA).
• Strong written and verbal communication for shift handovers.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
• Interest in automation, data analytics, or AI in semiconductor manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift-based technical assistance for Probe equipment, including operation and troubleshooting.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and BOM checks; manage consumables and SOPs.
• Conduct data analysis and root-cause analysis (5-Why, 8D) for recurring issues.
• Support continuous improvement, equipment optimization, and process stabilization.
• Contribute to AI-enabled solutions for equipment health detection and performance.
• Communicate with production and process teams to align priorities and handovers.
• Promote Safe and Green practices; participate in safety training and sustainability initiatives.
• Document technical findings, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work and maintain compliance with standards.
