Job summary

UNITED TEST AND ASSEMBLY CENTER LTD. seeks a Production Supervisor to coordinate production activities and lead a team in a semiconductor fab environment.

You will monitor schedules, address bottlenecks, and assign tasks based on skills and workload while coaching staff and enforcing discipline. You will support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and safety initiatives, collaborating with Engineering, Logistics, and Quality Assurance to resolve issues and implement efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related field.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in semiconductor fab environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the activities of production employees to achieve daily production output and quality targets.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure the timely completion of tasks.
• Identify and address bottlenecks to maintain smooth operations.
• Assign tasks to team members based on production requirements, skills, and workload.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Provide performance coaching and enforce discipline as needed.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Quality Assurance and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with EHS policies, PPE requirements, and cleanroom standards.
• Conduct safety training sessions for team members.
• Investigate and report safety incidents promptly
