Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced SharePoint Support & Maintenance Engineer for hybrid work in Singapore. You will provide L2/L3 support, administer SP environments, and collaborate on migrations and upgrades.

The role requires 5+ years in SharePoint, strong architecture knowledge, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality support and minor development enhancements using SPFx, React, and TypeScript.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SharePoint support and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, features, and functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in scripting languages such as PowerShell is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments.
Perform day-to-day administration of SharePoint farms, site collections, and SharePoint Online sites.
Monitor system health, availability, and performance, and proactively resolve issues.
Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, lists, workflows, search, permissions, and user access.
Manage site collections, permissions, security groups, content types, managed metadata, and document libraries.
Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and security teams to resolve production issues.
Support SharePoint migrations, content movement, and site restructuring activities using ShareGate or Microsoft SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT).
