Job summary

EPAM Systems in Singapore seeks a Senior .NET Developer (SharePoint) to own and enhance enterprise SharePoint solutions and .NET apps, translating requirements into secure, maintainable implementations.

You will guide technical decisions, partner with analysts, engineers and vendors, support CI/CD and deployments, troubleshoot production issues and apply AI-assisted development to improve delivery speed and consistency.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in software development, 9+ years preferred.
• Strong proficiency in .NET and Microsoft SharePoint for enterprise apps.
• Hands-on TDD/BDD with automated testing across unit/integration/functional levels.
• Ability to troubleshoot across layers using structured root-cause analysis.
• Experience with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver incremental value.
• Vendor coordination to integrate third-party solutions and manage dependencies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and build/release automation.
• Exposure to Document Management Systems in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical custodian for SharePoint and .NET apps, document architecture decisions.
• Design, develop, and enhance solutions using Agile or Waterfall delivery models.
• Investigate issues via scripts, logs, and SQL queries; implement fixes.
• Collaborate with analysts and QA to refine user stories and improve tests.
• Convert acceptance criteria into automated tests with TDD/BDD.
• Support CI/CD and release automation with DevOps teams.
• Provide delivery estimates during sprint planning and manage scope.
• Support production operations including after-hours duties as required.
