We are seeking a SharePoint Support & Maintenance Engineer with 5+years of experience in SharePoint On-Premises (2019/Subscription Edition) andSharePoint Online. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining,supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing SharePoint solutions. Therole includes production support, incident resolution, SharePointadministration, and minor development activities such as SPFx bug fixes andenhancements.

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Support & Administration

• ProvideL2/L3 support for SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Onlineenvironments.
• Performday-to-day administration of SharePoint farms, site collections, andSharePoint Online sites.
• Monitorsystem health, availability, and performance, and proactively resolveissues.
• Troubleshootissues related to SharePoint sites, pages, document libraries, lists,workflows, search, permissions, and user access.
• Managesite collections, permissions, security groups, content types, managedmetadata, and document libraries.
• Investigateissues using ULS logs, IIS logs, Event Viewer, and SQL Server logs.
• Coordinatewith infrastructure, database, and security teams to resolve productionissues.
• SupportSharePoint migrations, content movement, and site restructuring activitiesusing ShareGate or Microsoft SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT).

SPFx Support & Development

• Troubleshootand resolve defects in existing SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts andextensions.
• Developminor enhancements and change requests for existing SharePoint solutions.
• Modifyand maintain SPFx solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5,and CSS3.
• Debugand resolve issues related to REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, PnP JS, andSharePoint APIs.
• Build,package, deploy, and validate SPFx solutions across Development, QA, UAT,and Production environments.
• Performunit testing and regression testing for implemented fixes.
• Maintainsource code using GitHub
