Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced SharePoint SSE Infrastructure Consultant to design, build, and operate high-availability SSE farms across on-premises and AWS deployments.

You will provision WFE, App Server, Search, Index, and OOS roles, implement Kerberos end-to-end, and lead performance testing with WAPT while enforcing CIS Benchmarks. Strong experience with SQL Server FCI, HA testing, and Splunk monitoring is required, along with SSL/TLS lifecycle management and

• Experience designing and operating SharePoint SSE farm architectures with HA, security, patching.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, GPO, and certificates.
• Proven expertise in Kerberos authentication, SPNs, delegation, and double-hop scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate SSE farm (HA, security, patching).
• Provision and maintain farm roles: WFE, App Server, Search, Index, OOS.
• Build SQL Server FCI and coordinate storage, quorum, failover testing.
• Implement Kerberos end-to-end authentication and SPN management.
• Execute performance/load testing with WAPT; tune bottlenecks.
• Apply CIS Benchmark hardening and document remediation.
• Integrate SMTP relay, Splunk logging/monitoring, alerting/runbooks.
• Deploy farms on AWS and on-prem with load balancer and SSL/TLS lifecycle.

SharePoint SSE Infrastructure Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate SharePoint Subscription Edition (SSE) farm(HA, security, patching).

• Provision and maintain farm roles: WFE, App Server, Search Server, Index Server, Office Online Server (OOS).

• Build SQL Server High Availabilityusing SQL Server Failover Cluster Instance (FCI); coordinate storage, quorum, failover testing.

• Implement and troubleshoot Kerberos authenticationend-to-end (SPNs, delegation, constrained delegation, double-hop scenarios).

• Execute performance/load testing using WAPT(test plan design, baselines, bottleneck triage, tuning recommendations).

• Apply hardening using CIS Benchmarks(OS + IIS + SQL + SharePoint layers), document exceptions, and drive remediation.

• Integrate and operationalize: SMTP relay, Splunklogging/monitoring, alerting/runbooks.

• AWS + On-premdelivery: deploy farms both on-premises and on AWS, including Load Balancerpatterns and SSL/TLS certificatelifecycle (renewal, chain, cipher/TLS posture).

Required Skills

• Performance testing fundamentals (concurrency, test execution, interpretation).

• Observability: Splunk ingestion patterns, dashboards/alerts; SMTP integration for service notifications.

• AWS hosting for SharePoint: EC2 patterns, networking, security groups, and load balancingconcepts; SSL/TLScertificate management.

Required Working Experience

• Hands-on experience building and running SharePoint farms(strong preference: on-prem + AWS).

• Proven delivery for HA designs: SharePoint multi-tier, SQL FCI, and operational runbooks (incident/change/problem).

• Practical experience with Load Balancerand SSL/TLSin enterprise environments (certificate rotation, chain issues, TLS negotiation).

• Real-world troubleshooting history: auth issues (Kerberos), crawl/search issues, latency bottlenecks, patch regressions, and stability issues.

• Evidence of hardening & audit-ready documentation (CIS alignment, remediation tracking).
