Job summary

Purview Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior SharePoint architect to design and deliver scalable, secure SharePoint solutions across on‑premises and cloud environments. You will lead migrations, modernization initiatives, and define architectural standards for Microsoft 365 adoption.

The role requires hands-on SPFx development, strong governance, and collaboration with multiple technology and business stakeholders to drive large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with SharePoint architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server 2019/SE.
• Strong migration and modernization experience across on-prem and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• SPFx and modern SharePoint development experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure and high-performing SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server 2019/Subscription Edition (SE) solutions.
• Lead SharePoint migration, upgrade, modernization and transformation initiatives across on-premises and online environments.
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, design patterns, and implementation approaches for SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and modern SharePoint development frameworks.
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Design and optimize SharePoint Search, security, permissions, performance and governance frameworks.
• Develop automation and administration solutions using PowerShell, CSOM, REST APIs, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Leverage Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities to deliver modern business solutions and workflow automation.
• Conduct technical assessments, identify risks and dependencies and recommend appropriate architecture and technology solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices for security, scalability, performance, governance and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business teams, project managers, developers, infrastructure teams and other technology stakeholders.
• Support technical estimations, solution proposals, design documentation and project planning.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Technology or a related discipline.
• Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure, or Power Platform. (Preferred)
• 12+ years of experience in IT with strong expertise in SharePoint architecture and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server 2019/SE.
• Strong experience in SharePoint migration, upgrades and modernization across on-premises and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience with SPFx / SharePoint Framework and modern SharePoint development.
• Experience with SharePoint Search, security, governance and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, CSOM, REST APIs and SharePoint integration.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, integration patterns and enterprise solution design.
• Experience providing technical leadership for large-scale SharePoint programs.
