Responsible for managing a team of Worldwide Sales Account Managers representing the organization to current and potential customers, ensuring achievement of sales targets through effective execution of enterprise sales strategies. Lead a team tasked with developing and implementing account strategies, conducting sales calls, and managing pre-sales, post-sales, and competitive monitoring activities to drive business growth and maintain competitiveness in the market.

  • Lead and oversee enterprise regional sales operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team, fostering skill development and enhancing performance.
  • Conduct sales calls to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within designated regions.
  • Set clear and ambitious goals for the team, tracking progress and providing support to ensure goal attainment.
  • Manage revenue and yield effectively, optimizing sales strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with other functions to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, ensuring cross-alignment for strategic growth.
  • Maintain and nurture customer relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
