Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients in a hybrid role. You will own end-to-end technical and business design, and collaborate with client stakeholders across pre-sales, implementation, and post-implementation phases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT or related technical environments, 3+ years delivering ServiceNow, and CIS certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, customer support, or related technical environments.
• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow solutions as a Technical Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
• At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, and modern web-based technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices, with 1+ year aligning implementations to ITIL frameworks.
• Availability to travel within the ASEAN region.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to engage with senior stakeholders.
