Role Summary

We are looking for a strong ServiceNow Developer with hands-on App Engine expertise to design and build custom applications on the platform. The ideal candidate will bring solid development experience acrossITSM and CSM alongside strong App Engine capability, and will be comfortable working onsite in Singapore on a contract basis. This is a hands-on build role focused on turning requirements into working, well-architected Service Now applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio.

Skills & Experience

• 6+years of total ServiceNow experience, with strong hands-on development skills.
• Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow App Engine Studio and custom application development.
• Solid development experience in ITSM and CSM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, Integration Hub) is a plus.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and platform architecture fundamentals.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working onsite with the customer team in Singapore.

Certifications

• ServiceNowCertified System Administrator (CSA), mandatory.
• ServiceNowCertified Application Developer (CAD), mandatory.
