Job summary

DXC Technology Services Singapore Pte. Ltd invites a Diploma or Bachelor's student to join as a ServiceNow Intern in Singapore. You will gain hands-on exposure to the ServiceNow platform, assist with ITSM processes, and learn from experienced architects and consultants.

You will develop practical skills in workflow automation, low-code development, and enterprise applications, while contributing to real-world projects in a structured corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/IS/SE or related.
• Basic programming knowledge and IT concepts.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in enterprise applications, workflow automation, low-code development, and digital transformation technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to learn new technologies in a project-based environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and development activities.
• Support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Configure forms, fields, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and access controls under supervision.
• Help build and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and workflow automations.
• Assist in creating tables, forms, workflows, and business logic per project requirements.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and platform support.
• Support upgrades, patch testing, releases, and deployment activities.
• Assist with integrations and API-based connectivity between ServiceNow and other applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and support materials.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and solution workshops.
