Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of programming, software development, IT concepts.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in enterprise applications, workflow automation, low‑code development, and digital transformation technologies.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and work on projects.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and development activities.
• Support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
• Configure forms, fields, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and access controls under guidance.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and workflow automations.
• Build and enhance low‑code applications using ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
• Create tables, forms, workflows, and business logic per project needs.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and platform support.
• Assist with upgrades, patch testing, releases, and deployments.
• Assist with integrations and API connectivity between ServiceNow and other apps.
• Prepare and maintain technical docs, user guides, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in requirement gatherings and solution workshops.
• Follow development standards, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with project teams on digital workflow solutions.
