Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate to join the IT - ServiceNow development team. You will design, develop and extend ServiceNow solutions leveraging Now Platform App Engine to meet business needs.

You will work with Business Analysts to map requirements to workflows, create custom apps and service catalogues, conduct SIT and UAT, fix defects, and document solutions for handover. Strong independent work ethic and ability to meet tight timelines are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years IT application experience and 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience integrating applications with ServiceNow.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines without continuous supervision.
• Nice-to-have experience in ITSM/ITBM modules and multi-application auth between environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand user requirements and map to ServiceNow workflow processes.
• Provide technical inputs during solutioning workshops with business analysts and users.
• Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow leveraging Now Platform App Engine.

• Develop UAT test plans for user acceptance testing and sign-off.
• Rectify defects identified during UAT or post go live.

How will you value-add?

• Working with Business Analysts to understand user requirement and provide mapping to ServiceNow workflow processes.

About you

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or foreign equivalent from a recognized university.
• At least 8 years IT application experience and 3- 5 years of development experience with ServiceNow including both client and server side scripting.
• Experience with integrating applications with ServiceNow.
• Be able to work independently and ensure strict timelines are met without continuous technical supervision.
• Good to have experience in other ITSM/ITBM modules in ServiceNow.
• Understanding User authentication and authorization between multiple applications and environments.
