Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a technically skilled technician to carry out production, service, repair, installation, FAT, field construction, plant commissioning, sea trials and inspection of customer supplied products in Singapore. You will ensure work meets acceptance criteria per manuals and maintain essential project documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of experience, with an electronics/mechatronics background (ITE or Diploma).

Qualifications

• Technical Skills in servicing, installing, and inspecting company products or related products.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Production, Service, Repair, Installation, FAT, Field Construction, Plant Commissioning, Sea trials and Inspection of Customer Supplied Product.
• Ability to maintain good project documentation and is familiar with ISO documentation requirements such as Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement and Permit to Work Application requirements and procedures.
• Requisition Key equipment and materials.
• Liaise with customer on the installation requirements such as hot work, welding, carpentry work and running of cabling.
• Inform Managers of additional requirements from customer.
• Ensure that jobs are carried out to meet acceptance criteria as per technical / installation manual.
• Assist in preparing the design, drawing, and documents for Customer's technical requirements.
• Assist in developing a complete field support process covering all products.
• Identify and record quality problem related to product or service.
• Carry out responsibility of equipment owner in the handling and usage of inspection, measuring, and test equipment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managers and Engineers
