Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security Singapore seeks a skilled technician to install, service, and maintain CCTV, Access Control, and alarm systems on customer sites in Singapore. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs, and provide on-site technical support to ensure optimal system performance.

Candidates should have experience with security systems, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with customers and teams. Travel to client sites and adherence to safety procedures are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in CCTV, Access Control or alarm systems is advantageous.
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical/electronic security systems.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Access Control, CCTV, and Alarm Systems.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnose system faults and carry out repairs or replacement of defective components.
• Attend to customer service requests and provide onsite technical support.
• Configure, test, and commission security systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Prepare service reports and update maintenance records after each service visit.
• Provide quotations and technical recommendations for repair, replacement, or upgrading works.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service and project works.
• Maintain proper handling, usage, and care of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure all work activities comply with EH&S standards, company procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Comply with all company EH&S policies, procedures, and workplace rules.

Job Requirement

• Willing to travel to customer sites and perform onsite technical duties.
