GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is hiring for a Field Service Engineer to manage automatic door systems across multiple sites in Singapore. Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5.30pm, you will install, test, troubleshoot and upgrade door entrances while ensuring safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics and a Class 3/3A driving license, with 1-2 years of site experience preferred. Training and vehicle upkeep are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics is required.
• Class 3/3A driving license is mandatory for multi-site travel.
• 1–2 years of site engineering installation/maintenance experience is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Carry out schedule and retrofits of automatic door parts (mechanical, electrical, electronic).
• Troubleshoot and conduct site checks on automatic entrances and propose parts.
• Provide site reports for completion of works and conduct testing/commissioning.
• Decommissioning and risk assessment of automatic entrance systems and products.
• Propose upgrades and feasible solutions for existing doors; maintain tools and vehicle.
• Keep up-to-date with product information and competitor products.

Job Scope:

Field Service Operations:

1. Carry out schedule and retrofits automatic door parts; mechanical, electrical and electronic
2. Troubleshoot and conduct site check on the automatic entrance and propose parts recommendations for user consideration
3. Provide site report to client for the purpose of completion of works
4. Testing/commissioning. Decommissioning and conduct risk assessment of all automatic entrance related system and products
   

Others:

1. Propose upgrades of automatic door entrances as well as providing feasible solutions to clients existing door entrances
2. Keeping assigned service vehicle in good road worthy condition and to upkeep vehicles cleanliness and hygiene at all times
3. Keep updated on product information and technical know-how for both company's products and competitor’s product
4. Maintaining all tools and equipment provided in a good working condition and to exchange timely when tools/equipment provided are found damaged or reasonably wear and tear observed
5. Any Other duties assign by the management or your immediate superior

Requirements:

• At least a Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering
• Must have Class 3/3A driving licenseto drive company vehicle for multiple site travel
• Advantage to have 1-2 years of site Engineering experience (i.e. installation, maintenance)
