Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a junior engineer assistant to support engineers in maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment at the East project site.

You will diagnose errors, help implement solutions, and assist with project planning and monitoring. Training is provided. Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000 basic pay plus SGD 300 transport allowance; work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years’ relevant experience.
• Willingness to learn field work and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, repair, and installation.
• Diagnose errors and propose solutions.
• Support project management, planning, and monitoring.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and systems.
• Conduct routine troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Produce timely reports on maintenance and project status.
• Follow all field safety processes and protocols.
• Perform housekeeping to ensure a safe work area.

Salary: $2500 - $3000 (Basic) + $300 Transport Allowance

Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)

Working Location: East (Project Site)

Training Provided

Job Scope:

• Assist Engineers in the maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment. Diagnose errors and technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.


• Support Engineers in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.


• Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems.


• Conduct routine troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure smooth operations.


• Produce timely and detailed reports regarding maintenance activities, project status, and any issues or delays.


• Follow all company field processes and protocols to ensure safety and efficiency.


• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.


• Perform any other engineering-related tasks as assigned by senior engineers or management.

Requirement:

• NITEC / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent


• 0 - 2 years of relevant working experience in similar position
