This full-time role focuses on driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and managing a portfolio of service offerings. You will identify business opportunities, develop client partnerships, tailor service solutions, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years in Service-Sales Management with leadership experience.
• Experience in security, access control, or related industries preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills; CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
• Manage and nurture key accounts as primary contact.
• Present service solutions and tailor offerings to clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with operations and delivery for seamless onboarding.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to senior decision-makers.
• Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline progress.

About the role

Seeking a Service Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in the East Region. This is a full-time position offering a strategic opportunity to drive sales growth, build long-term client relationships, and manage a portfolio of service offerings. As a Service Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, developing client partnerships, and delivering exceptional service solutions that align with our clients' needs and our company's objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities , developing a strong sales pipeline and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets

• Manage and nurture existing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

• Present service solutions and proposals to prospective and existing clients, tailoring offerings to meet specific business requirements

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy and identify emerging opportunities in the service sector

• Collaborate with internal teams including operations and delivery to ensure seamless service implementation and client onboarding

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and pitches to senior decision-makers and stakeholders

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems and sales reporting tools

• Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals whilst maintaining profitability and business objectives

• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance updates, and business insights to management

• Build and expand your professional network to generate referrals and business development opportunities

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field and graduate in engineering (BE/Diploma) is preferred

• At least 7 years of experience in Service-Sales Management , with a proven track record of leading and developing sales teams, preferably within the security, access control, or related industries

• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.

• Results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of building strong professional relationships

What we offer

• Competitive base salary with performance-based commission (2-3% of Deal Value)

• $500 Car Allowance plus $500 company petrol card (Transport reimbursement if no car for salesman)

• Office Season Parking will be provided if driving or riding

• Yearly Performance Bonus on sales target - up to 3 months

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
