Job summary

TeamCPF is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support daily operations, process member applications, and provide excellent service across channels. You will liaise with partners, perform admin duties, and help improve procedures through data-driven insights and testing of new workflows.

The role emphasizes flexibility, collaboration, and a willingness to learn, with a 1-year full-time contract based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Process applications, exemptions, adjustments, terminations, and reinstatements within SLA.
  • Handle member inquiries via multiple channels, provide accurate guidance on procedures.
  • Liaise with external partners to facilitate processing.
  • Perform administrative duties including listings housekeeping, stats collation, and archival.
  • Monitor processes to ensure they meet requirements and flag issues.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and participate in user acceptance testing for new workflows and systems.
  • Position is on a 1-year full-time contract.

What you will be working on

You will facilitate daily business operations, processing applications and delivering excellent service to members in accordance with established scheme policies and regulations.

  • Process applications, exemptions, adjustments, terminations, and reinstatements within established service level agreements.
  • Handle member inquiries through multiple channels including telephone support, providing accurate information and guidance on scheme procedures.
  • Liaise with external partners including financial institutions, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate application processing.
  • Perform administrative duties including housekeeping of listings, statistics collation, and ensuring proper document archival.
  • Monitor processes and procedures to ensure they perform according to requirements.
  • Flag inconsistent or abnormal results to supervisors and provide support when required.
  • Support ad-hoc projects aimed at improving existing procedures and processes, including participating in user acceptance testing for new workflows and systems.
