ANTLABS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a highly driven infrastructure engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure powering our services.

The role collaborates across Technology, Product, MIS teams to ensure uptime, performance, and reliability. You will develop IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation; manage cloud and on‑prem environments (AWS, GCP, VMware); and build automated pipelines for provisioning, deployment, and monitoring.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with orchestration/configuration tools like Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet.
• Experience with networking concepts (DNS, VPN, load balancers).

Responsabilidades

• Perform patching/upgrade activity for Service Infrastructures.
• Able to support and work well in Linux based environments.
• Develop automated provisioning and deployment pipelines to streamline infrastructure product/service provisioning setup.
• Build tools and scripts to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Implement and manage monitoring solutions to track system performance and uptime.
• Proactively highlight and address issues related to capacity, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, MIS teams to support deployment.
• Assist in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for integration between infrastructure and applications.
• Implement security best practices for infrastructure including firewalls, IAM policies, and encryption.
• Ensure systems comply with organizational and industry security standards.

We are seeking a highly driven and passionate individual with good self-initiatives to design, implement, and maintain the foundational infrastructure that powers our services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Infrastructure Service Implementation and Support

   • Design, implement, monitor, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure for services.

   • Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

   • Configure and optimize cloud and on-premises environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, VMWare).

   • Perform patching/upgrade activity for Service Infrastructures.

   • Able to support and work well in Linux based environments.

2. Automation and Efficiency

   • Develop automated provisioning and deployment pipelines to streamline infrastructure/product/service provisioning setup.

3. System Monitoring and Reliability

   • Implement and manage monitoring solutions to track system performance and uptime.

4. Collaboration and Support

   • Collaborate with Technology team, Product team, MIS team where required to support application and service deployment.

   • Assist in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth integration between infrastructure and applications.

5. Security and Compliance

   • Implement security best practices for infrastructure, including firewalls, IAM policies, and encryption.

   • Ensure systems comply with organizational and industry-specific security standards and policies.

   • Familiar with either Vulnerability Scanning tools like Nessus,

6. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing

   • Maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and tools.

   • Share knowledge and train other team members on infrastructure practices and tools.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and virtualization technologies.

• Hands-on experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes etc).

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Perl or equivalent.

• Knowledge on either monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.

• Knowledge on either orchestration/configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet etc

• Experience with networking concepts (DNS, VPN, load balancers, etc.).
