Otis Worldwide Corporation in Singapore is seeking a maintenance mechanic to ensure the safety and operation of elevator and escalator systems across a defined territory. You will perform 100% of visits, manage a portfolio of units, and work with customers on-site to maintain service quality.

With a Diploma/Higher Nitec in Vertical Transportation or related field and a CoC Certification, you will bring at least 4 years of hands-on experience, strong safety knowledge, and problem-solving

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.

Role Overview

On a typical day you will:

• Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory
• Work within your defined geographical area / territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it
• Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix
• Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation
• Liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship

What you will need to be successful:

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec in Vertical Transportation/ Engineering or relevant disciplines
• A valid CoC Certification
• Min. 4 years of work experience in servicing and maintaining elevators and escalators
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards for lift equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
