Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking an Entry-level Service Executive at Joo Koon to handle customer inquiries, coordinate work schedules, and quote preparation.

You will perform clerical tasks such as data entry and filing, process purchase orders, and provide administrative support to the department. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Attending phone calls and emails, liaising with clients on work schedules and quotations.
• Process and clear customer purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, updates and filing of documents.
• Handle workshop incoming goods records, service quotes and administrative support to department.
• Entry level role; training will be provided.
