Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of semiconductor equipment at customer sites in Singapore. You will diagnose hardware and process issues and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex problems.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and strong customer-facing service, with responsibilities that include ensuring equipment uptime and building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor field service or equipment maintenance.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and diagnose hardware/process issues.

Requirements

• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience.
• Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, precision engineering, or related industries.
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Non experienced hires are welcome with the relevant academic background

Preferred Skills

• Strong hands-on mechanical, electrical, or equipment maintenance experience.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with good communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
