Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Service Engineer to service medical equipment across customer sites. This hands-on engineering role focuses on preventive maintenance, diagnostics and customer support.

You will install, calibrate and commission devices, document repairs and ensure compliance with quality, safety and ISO/QMS standards while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing medical equipment and healthcare devices.
• Ability to install, test, calibrate, and commission equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance, servicing and corrective repairs on medical equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and minimise equipment downtime
• Carry out equipment installation, testing, calibration and commissioning
• Maintain accurate service reports, repair records and spare parts usage
• Provide on-site technical support and updates to customers
• Build strong working relationships with customers and provide technical advice
• Ensure all servicing activities comply with quality, safety and ISO/QMS requirements
