Celecti Pte Ltd, a leading medical equipment provider in Singapore, is seeking a Service Engineer to support maintenance and repair at the HQ in Ang Mo Kio and at customer sites (hospitals and polyclinics).

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and service quality. Diploma in engineering and 3+ years of relevant experience required.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in mechanical/electrical/biomedical engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Good technical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic networking and SQL preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain, troubleshoot, inspect, and repair equipment to ensure performance and safety.
• Coordinate tools, spare parts and resources for planned maintenance.
• Provide technical support, user training, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors and internal teams on RCA and investigations.
• Participate in standby duties and assist outside normal hours when required.
• Keep accurate service records and submit reports per quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Technical Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, inspect, and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Service Planning and Execution: Coordinate tools, spare parts, and resources to complete scheduled and corrective maintenance tasks within the required timeframe.
• Technical Support and Recommendations: Provide timely technical advice, respond to customer enquiries, conduct user training, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Service Coordination: Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to support service operations, root cause analysis (RCA), and incident investigations.
• Operational Support: Participate in standby duties and provide technical assistance for urgent or unscheduled operations outside normal working hours when required.
• Documentation and Quality Compliance: Maintain accurate service records, obtain customer acknowledgements where necessary, submit service reports promptly, and ensure all work meets technical specifications and quality standards.
