Job summary

Alstern Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Service & Maintenance Delivery Engineer to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and utilities systems at client sites. You will supervise technicians, attend service calls, and ensure work adheres to SOPs and safety standards.

You will liaise with clients and internal teams, plan maintenance schedules, and provide clear service reports.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in maintenance or service engineering (M&E/utilities).
Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical systems.
Good communication and client management skills.
Knowledge of HSE standards and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical and utilities systems across client sites.
Attend service calls, troubleshoot issues, and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
Provide technical advice and recommendations to clients on system performance and maintenance.
Supervise and guide technicians in executing service and maintenance works.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for servicing, repairs, and parts replacement.
Plan maintenance schedules and provide service reports and updates to clients.
