Job summary

Alleviative Engineering Pte. Ltd. is seeking a practical and hands-on M&E Engineer to join our team in Singapore. This role focuses on leading on-site M&E installations, troubleshooting, and delivering projects from planning through to completion.

The ideal candidate has a willingness to learn, strong ownership, and the ability to work directly with site supervisors and subcontractors, including night work when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, M&E Engineering or related discipline.
• Able to read and understand M&E drawings and practical understanding of construction and M&E installation works.
• Willing to work on site, hand-on duties and night/weekend work when required.
• Fresh graduates or less-experienced candidates with strong practical ability may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&E installation works, technical coordination and site problem-solving.
• Review drawings, specs and submissions to verify scope and conditions.
• Plan manpower, materials and equipment; coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors.
• Ensure works installed per drawings, specs and method statements; monitor progress and quality.
• Attend night works, testing, commissioning and handover activities as required.
