Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a capable service technician to work independently on customer service requests and equipment servicing in Singapore. You will support testing, commissioning, and standby duties while ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

The role involves maintenance planning, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with supervisors. A Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2–5 years of experience is preferred, along with strong communication and driving

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Preferably hold a Class 3 driving license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to attend customer service requests.
• Ensure complete and effective equipment servicing.
• Recommend solutions and proposal to Supervisor.
• Provide support for Testing & Commissioning as needed.
• Carry out standby duty and health checks.
• Develop Lifecycle Replacement Programme and maintenance plans.
• Support preventive maintenance across predictive and proactive modes.
• Ensure work complies with engineering standards and practices.
• Understand Built Plans, technical literature and equipment manuals.
• Ensure spare parts availability for scheduled and projected jobs.
• Troubleshoot equipment, perform root cause analysis, propose fixes.
• Report issues and non-compliances to Supervisor.
• Support Site Acceptance Tests, IST, T&C, and UAT.
• Assist in training service engineers on processes and procedures.
• Provide after hours emergency support when required.
• Assist with deployment, attendance administration, and using Dynamics mobile app.
• Prepare service reports using Dynamics mobile app.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
