Job summary

White Restaurant is seeking a Service Crew member to deliver excellent customer service at Suntec City on a weekday schedule. You will take and deliver orders, serve food and beverages, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.

Responsibilities include setting tables, clearing dishes, and assisting the Duty Manager as needed. Please comply with uniform and safety guidelines and arrive early for shifts.

Job Requirements

• Attire: BLACK - T-Shirt
• BLACK Long Jeans / Pants
• Kitchen Safety Shoe
• All employees must keep any visible tattoos covered while on duty.
• Able to communicate with mandarin speaking Chef and Crew
• Meal is provided during Break Time
• Bring physical NRIC
• Arrive 10 mins before job start time.
• Contact site supervisor - send an image via WhatsApp of your surroundings would help site supervisor to locate you faster. (eg. Mall Entrance, Guard house, HDB block no., etc)
• WhatsApp text/call preferred for contacting site supervisor if voice call/SMS fails.
• Late comers may be rejected for the day’s job
• DO NOT turn up until you receive EL Connect app and email notification.
• Leaving work before job end time is misconduct and may result in no pay.
• Payment is up to management discretion.
