You will handle cash transactions, prepare takeaway packaging, restock supplies, and ensure high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction across food service counters and dining areas.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions about menu items and serve customers at tables or counter
• Handle the cash register to take takeaway orders, accept payment and give change
• Prepare packaging for takeaway orders
• Stock and replenish supplies at the service areas, and refill condiments
• Clean and sanitize service areas including work surfaces, cupboards and storage areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
• Dish-washing duties
• Any other duties delegated by Store Manager from time to time
