Job summary

Responsibilities

• Take charge of outlet cleaning and setup to prepare for operations.
• Offer prompt, friendly and efficient service to all guests.
• Ensure tables, flooring, station cleanliness before and during operations.
• Drinks ordering, bill payment settling, tables maintenance, service follow-up and bottle service for all guests.
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies charges and records transactions.
• Orientation and buddy system for newly joined staff.
• Responsible for outlet closing and cleaning.
• Update guests about current and upcoming promotions.
• Attend to guests’ needs and enquiries promptly.
