D&N SINGAPORE PTE LTD is hiring for a Guest Service role with day, night and weekend shifts across island-wide locations near MRT. Roles include greeting guests, taking orders, serving beverages and food, and handling cashier duties.

A Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate is preferred, with emphasis on teamwork, reliability and strong guest interaction skills. Permanent part-time positions offer at least 30 hours per week, with monthly incentives for night and weekend shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Taking beverage orders and serving them to guests on a timely manner
• Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers
• Perform opening & closing duties
• Presenting menus, taking orders, keying in orders and collecting feedback from customers
• Cleaning up, clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness of floor area
• Cashiering
• Perform caller procedures
• Manage and deliver/serve drinks/food
• Perform general basic service
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers

Job Description

• Full Time: $2000 onwards
• Locations: Island-wide & near MRT

Permanent Part Time Shifts: Min. 30 hours work per week

1)Day shift PPT- Mon to Fri 1030am-430pm

$1300+$100 incentive monthly

If you work 2 weekends in a payroll cycle, +$150

2)Night shift PPT- Mon to Fri 4-10pm

$1400+$100 incentive

If you work 2 weekends in a payroll cycle, +$150

3) Weekend Service PPT (Fri-Sun, 10 hours shifts each)

$1500+$100 incentive*

*Required to work on PH
