Pantler, a premium pastry brand in Singapore, is seeking a full-time Service Crew to support daily café operations, welcome customers, take orders and prepare beverages. You will coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service and deliver warm, attentive customer experiences.

The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail, with day shifts and a central location. You’ll join a quality-driven café team dedicated to excellent pastry and coffee offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous F&B experience; experience in bakery, patisserie or specialty coffee is an advantage.
• A team player willing to support across all café areas.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Responsible, motivated and positive with a genuine interest in hospitality.
• Well-presented, attentive and committed to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Support daily café operation, including opening and closing duties.
• Provide warm, attentive and efficient customer service.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and enquiries.
• Take and manage dine-in, takeaway, corporate and delivery orders.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages.
• Handle cashiering and sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-presented café.
• Monitor front-of-house and operational supplies and coordinate with suppliers as required.
• Support the wider team across daily café operations.
