Job summary

THUNDER CHICKEN (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is hiring a full-time restaurant crew member to deliver friendly service and great food in our East Side location.

You will welcome customers, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure smooth service. We value good communication, a helpful attitude, and the ability to handle dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders during busy periods. Rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays are expected; prior restaurant or customer service

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to handle dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders during busy periods.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, arrange seating and take orders accurately.
• Explain menu items and recommend food, drinks and promotions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Handle cashier duties and process payments accurately.
• Monitor incoming delivery orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely preparation.
• Pack takeaway and delivery orders, checking all items, drinks and special requests before handing orders to customers or delivery riders.
• Clear and reset tables, keeping the dining and service areas clean.
• Attend to customer requests and refer complaints to the manager when needed.
• Replenish service supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
