Job summary

THUNDER CHICKEN (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise front-of-house and kitchen teams, and ensure consistency in service and food quality.

You will plan staff rosters, monitor costs, handle customer feedback, uphold food safety and workplace standards, and report outlet performance to management. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on approach during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with staff scheduling, inventory management and cost control.
• Hands-on and able to lead the team during busy service periods.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including late closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
