As a Service Crew at Royal Host, your role will involve assisting in overseeing the Service Hall operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• High commitment to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service
• Provide exceptional customers service and ensure a positive dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and relate them to the kitchen in a timely manner.
• Prepare simple food and beverage items, such as drinks, parfaits, and other desserts, as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and health regulations
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient service.
• Cashiering duties and other ad-hoc duties
• Able to work on rotating shift, weekends and public holidays
