Job summary

AJUMMA'S HQ PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking service staff to warmly greet guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations. You will ensure orders are accurate, present meals professionally, and maintain a clean dining area while attending to guests' needs.

English communication is essential; Korean language skills are a plus. The role requires teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced F&B environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or hospitality management is preferred.
• Customer-centric approach and ability to provide excellent service.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• Accuracy in taking and processing orders is crucial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt.
• Strong English communication; Korean fluency is a plus.

• Greeting Customers and providing a warm welcome.
• Taking orders and accurately recording customer preferences.
• Offering menu recommendations and providing information about specials.
• Ensuring that orders are prepared and presented correctly.
• Serving food and beverages to customers at their table.
• Refilling drinks and attending to any additional requests.
• Clearing empty plates and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Handling customer payments and providing accurate change.
• Ensuring cleanliness in the dining area, including tables and chairs.

• Being able to handle a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, fluent in Korean will be an added advantage.
