Job summary

Roche is seeking a Senior Application Consultant to support the Sequencing Lab portfolio across the Asia Pacific network. You will provide technical customer support, training, and troubleshooting to optimize NGS workflows and data interpretation for affiliates and customers.

You will have hands-on experience with multiple sequencing platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 30% while collaborating with Global and APAC teams to drive effective application solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in sequencing laboratory discipline and NGS troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of lab experience in molecular biology/biotech.
• Strong customer service and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific support and workflow optimization across pre- and post-sales.
• Drive technical support and data analysis for affiliates and customers.
• Gather and deliver strategic feedback to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and perform application training and demonstrations.
• Report to the Application Consulting Team Manager.
