Job summary

Hanbaobao Pte Ltd is hiring part-time service crew at West Coast Park to serve food and beverages, assist in order handling, and maintain a clean dining area. You may be asked to perform additional cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed to support restaurant operations.

Applicants should demonstrate a customer-centric, cheerful attitude, comply with dress code, and ensure hygiene throughout shifts. Arrive 5 minutes early and bring NRIC/Passport for verification if required.

• Good Work Ethics: No mobile phone use during duty, phone may be kept in locker.

Job Requirements

• Work Attitude & Behaviour: Customer-centric, friendly, and cheerful. High energy with a passion for great service. Always wear a big smile and serve customers quickly and courteously.
• Dress Code: Plain black shirt (no logo). Black long pants (no holes). Non-slip, oil-resistant black covered shoes with socks. All visible tattoos must be covered. Cap will be provided (return at end of day). Facial Hair: No beard or moustache. Please be clean-shaven. Clean, short nails (no nail polish). Accessories: Only one ring allowed (no diamond). Remove the rest. Clothing must be clean and free from any unpleasant odour.
• Good Work Ethics: Refrain from using your mobile phone during working hours, especially while on duty at the counter or in the back kitchen. Depending on the outlet’s arrangement, your phone may be required to be kept in a designated locker during your shift. Inform a team member or your supervisor before stepping away from your station — even for short tasks such as disposing of rubbish.
• Special Instructions: Bring NRIC/Passport for verification when scanning in for work. Bring WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 Certificate.
• Meals provided for long shifts.
• Transport provided if public transport is unavailable; for reimbursements, approach the outlet manager and follow their instructions accordingly.
• Freelancers who leave work before the stated working hours will be considered to have committed misconduct and may be unpaid for the day. Payment is subject to the company’s management discretion.
• Reporting Instructions: Only report to the job site after receiving official awarded confirmation via: EL Connect App, Email Notification. Kindly arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled shift for check-in.
• Payment Issues: Contact Support within 48 hours of the job start time for any payment discrepancies. Claims submitted after this period may not be reviewed or accepted.
