GREENLANE PRIVATE LTD. is hiring a Service Crew for our Sentosa café to deliver excellent customer service, take orders, and assist with daily operations. You will greet customers, handle payments, and help maintain a clean dining area in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers full-time employment with training provided. Salary ranges from SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,400 per month, with a friendly and supportive team environment at a prime Sentosa location.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and deliver a welcoming dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and process payments using cashiering skills.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and maintain cleanliness.
• Clear tables and maintain dining area order.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation as needed.
• Coordinate order handling with kitchen staff for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout shifts.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and feedback.
• Perform opening and closing duties for café readiness.
• Support daily café operations with ad-hoc tasks.
