Job summary

CHC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned WSH Leader to oversee the Workplace Safety and Health function across all worksites and operations. You will establish and review safety policies, lead risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and promote a strong safety culture company-wide.

The role requires a MOM-registered WSHO with 8–10 years of relevant experience, including supervisory work on construction projects, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental, Occupational Safety or a related discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant WSH experience, preferably in construction or infra.
• 3-5 years in supervisory or senior WSH roles.
• Strong knowledge of WSH legislation, regulations and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee WSH function across projects and sites.
• Develop and review WSH policies, programmes and management systems.
• Advise management on risks and improvement measures.
• Coordinate WSH audits, inspections and incident investigations.
• Monitor safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage WSH team and ensure training and compliance.
