Qualifications
- 10–15 years of relevant ERP/finance transformation experience.
- Hands-on Workday Financials expertise and configuration.
- Experience translating business requirements into target ERP solutions.
- Knowledge across Workday Financials areas: F&A, Customers, Procurement, Assets, Banking & Settlement, Projects.
- Experience delivering cloud ERP implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional solution architecture and design for Workday Financials implementations.
- Conduct workshops with business and finance stakeholders to map processes and requirements.
- Design end-to-end functional solutions aligned with ERP best practices.
- Lead functional configuration and design across Workday Financials areas.
- Develop and maintain process flows, design documents, and configuration specs.
- Translate requirements into integrations, reports, extensions, and tech specs.
- Coordinate with integration, report, and extension development teams.
- Guide testing, deployment, training, and change management activities.
