Job summary

NTUC FIRST CAMPUS LIMITED is seeking an experienced integration engineer to design, build, test, and deploy Workato-based workflows connecting SaaS apps, internal systems, and APIs. You will translate requirements into scalable solutions, manage connections, implement error handling, monitor performance, document architecture, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end processes.

You will mentor others and help govern platforms, including Day 1/Day 2 support and integration with AI

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience building and deploying integrations on the Workato platform.
• Experience across Day 1 design/build and Day 2 maintenance/support of live integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and data mapping.
• Experience with SOA and microservices architectures.
• Proficient in scripting languages for custom logic (JS/Python).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration recipes in Workato.
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
• Build and manage connections using Workato connectors; configure custom connectors.
• Implement error handling, retries, and monitoring for reliability.
• Troubleshoot integration issues in test and production environments.
• Document integration architecture, data flows, and specs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to scope requirements.
• Apply broader tech knowledge (infrastructure, networking) to end-to-end solutions.
• Support governance including environment management and version control.
• Provide Day 1 development and Day 2 support; mentor others.
