Job summary

SCIENTE is seeking a Windows Infrastructure Expert to lead enterprise Windows environments within a financial services setting. The role requires 5–10 years of experience in Windows operations, virtualization, and automation, along with a track record of delivering service improvements and high-availability outcomes.

You will mentor the team, drive standard practices, and act as a key escalation point while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management across critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5–10+ years of Windows Infrastructure Administration experience.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Hyper-V, and Windows Failover Clustering.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting and Python automation.
• Experience with Active Directory patching tools and processes.
• Proven incident management and RCA/problem management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Windows infrastructure operations with high availability and SLA compliance.
• Mentor team members, assign tasks, and promote best practices.
• Manage critical incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve problems.
• Champion automation and service improvements through new tech adoption.
• Collaborate with architects, project teams, and stakeholders for production readiness.
• Act as escalation point to clients, ensuring compliance and risk management.
