Job summary

NTT Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Windows ICT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement and manage Windows server infrastructure, with strong hands-on AD, security, and automation focus.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted engineering and automation to improve operational efficiency in Windows environments. You will collaborate with service providers, application teams and operations staff to deliver resilient, scalable Windows infrastructure for critical business applications,

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Active Directory backup and recovery.
• Proficient in Group Policy creation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with AD migration and upgrade planning.
• Understanding Windows authentication/authorisation mechanisms.
• Knowledge of AD Sites and Services design and configuration.
• Experience with GCC AD and RD Services integration.
• Proficient in Windows Server roles and features (DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services).
• Experience with Windows clustering and high availability configurations.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Windows server infrastructure to meet availability, security and capacity requirements.
• Translate business needs into robust Windows infrastructure solutions.
• Provision, configure and maintain Windows VMs and supporting services.
• Support architecture reviews, planning, testing and operational readiness.
• Perform capacity planning, lifecycle management, maintenance and monitoring.
• Serve as the primary Windows infrastructure technical point of contact for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with application teams, infrastructure teams and service providers to resolve issues.
