Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Windows environment management.
• Subject matter expert on Windows OS, Hyper-V and Failover Clustering.
• Knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, VRLI) is a plus.
• Hands-on with HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Alletra series).
• Hands-on with Python, PowerShell and workflow integration tools.
• Knowledge and/or hands on experience with patching tools and Active Directory.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts across Europe business hours and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Assigns technical tasks and manages delegation for technical issues.
• Animates the team to encourage collaboration and sharing of best practices.
• Supports new technologies and drives service consistency across streams.
• Manages service improvements for Windows services and documents information.
• Provides technical direction and ensures availability and reliability per SLA.
• Focuses on automation and optimal team efficiency.
• Drives root cause analysis for high-severity issues and reviews changes.
