Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server operations.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, RTO, and RPO.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools for proactive issue resolution.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server including installation and troubleshooting.
• Adept in virtualization knowledge for resource optimization.
