Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with 5–10+ years in wet process R&D for semiconductor tech.
• Deep knowledge of vapor etch, wet strip, dry strip, and selective etching processes.
• Familiarity with fab metrology tools and semiconductor characterization methods.
• Experience with DOE/SPC and data analysis (e.g., Y3) for experimental results.
• Knowledge of memory process flow (planar and vertical NAND).
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and concise communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project‑level wet process development for NAND tech; run complex experiments.
• Support transfer readiness and process ramp‑up from R&D to manufacturing.
• Engage suppliers and stakeholders to mature wet process capabilities.
• Maintain records, write technical reports, and contribute to SOP governance.
• Mentor engineers and participate in strategic collaborations; drive AI‑enabled improvements.
