Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a MTS/Principal Engineer in Process Development for WET Process to advance NAND memory technology.

You will perform experiments, characterize materials, and support process integration and transfer to manufacturing. You will collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to define roadmaps, draft guidelines and SOPs, and deliver silicon-based solutions for next‑generation memory products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 yrs in semiconductor with Wet process background.
• Deep understanding of process technologies such as Vapor etch, wet strip, Dry strip, selective chemical etching.
• Experience with fixing process issues and technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
• PhD or equivalent degree in a closely related field; exceptional candidates with extensive relevant experience will be considered.

• Lead project-level initiatives focused on the development of WET processes.
• Carry out complex experiments and support process integration under guidance of senior staff.
• Use technical expertise to achieve measurable results for the department or site.
• Collaborate with various functions to facilitate technology transfer and ramp-up activities.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of experiments and processes; prepare technical reports.
• Mentor staff early in their careers and provide leadership aligned with PD expectations.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of existing processes.
• Participate in cross-functional problem-solving to address process challenges.
