Job summary

MICRON SEMICONDUCTOR ASIA OPERATIONS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Distinguished/Senior Member of Technical Staff to drive NAND process technology pathfinding, lead multi‑functional teams, and mentor engineers. Your role will shape long‑term process roadmaps and deliver silicon‑based solutions for future memory needs.

You will collaborate with Process Integration, Process Development, Advanced Modeling, and Device Engineering, while partnering with TD fabs to align technology strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in process technology development business processes and strategy.
• Deep understanding of memory technologies, semiconductor processing and devices, surface science and analytic methods.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and across cross‑functional teams.
• Expertise in semiconductor process technology assessment and risk evaluation.
• Proven ability to form collaborations with internal and external customers.
• Strong presentation skills and experience.
• Strong partnership and matrix management skills.
• Proven ability to solicit feedback and analyze outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive process and chemistry pathfinding for NAND technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with equipment suppliers and internal teams to progress pathfinding work.
• Guide cross-functional projects and align roadmaps across development groups.
• Own key initiatives and lead multi‑functional teams to new tech nodes.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Identify and drive SOWs to increase exclusivity of equipment and processes.
